A telephone information service is available for customer inquiries from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. The premises are well-lit, especially at night, and include restroom facilities for customers.

The offered services are: hourly parking, daily parking, monthly subscriptions for bicycles and motorcycles with a reserved parking spot or nighttime parking for cars.

The parking area is well-lit and under video surveillance at night.
