The parking facility is within the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL),

but we can authorize access by communicating your license plate to the authorities, ensuring no risk of fines.

Fully automated, the parking facility is open 24/7, 365 days a year (including holidays). The premises are well-lit, especially at night, and equipped with a 24/7 remote video surveillance system, covering the entire area.

For customer assistance, an operator is available on-site from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. For emergencies, a 24/7 telephone support service is available.

Although inside the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL), access is authorized, so there is no risk of fines.
